Synopsis

A young girl working in a nursing home connects with one of the apathetic patients. Her superior does not approve of that. The film is an intimate story about a need for understanding and connection between generations.

About the filmmaker

Olga Bejm is a student of the Łódź Film School in Poland, born on 20 November 1997. Between 2017 and 2020 she studied Experimental Film at the University of Arts in Poznań. In 2019-2020 she studied film editing at the AMA Film Academy in Kraków. Auteur of found footage film “Dziadek nie słyszał, kiedy babcia mówiła” on 16mm film and fascinated by working on flatbed editor with celluloid.
